This magic happens thanks to our amazing Banana Squad, and our shift leads are the driving force behind it all. As a Banana Squad Shift Lead, you'll embody our core values and inspire your team to do the same. You'll be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring your team always welcomes our guests with open arms. You'll empower your teammates to create memorable moments through excellent customer service, working alongside a team of friends.
Our shift leads equip team members with all the tools and training they need to succeed, so previous leadership or supervisory experience is required. You'll make a great shift lead if:

Job Requirements
- 2+ Years of Customer Service experience
- Ability to consistently converse with our guests and team in a warm and charismatic way
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to consistently show up to work on time and work the scheduled shifts
- Ability to understand and enforce store policies
- Ability to acquire a food handler’s card prior to starting with the company
- Ability to adhere to food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to carry out inventory processes where applicable
- Ability to actively sample throughout all day parts
- Ability to handle customer complaints with grace and win them back
